AGLC Rules & Policies
Zero Tolerance:
Abington Girls Lacrosse Club (AGLC) has a Zero Tolerance Policy for misconduct of players, coaches, parents and other followers. AGLC will not tolerate unruly, disruptive, or threatening behavior, or any action by an individual that interferes with the safety and/or sportsmanship of a game or practice, including verbal comments to players, coaches, volunteers, or referees.
If it is determined by the AGLC board that any of these conditions are present, the offending person or persons will be dismissed from AGLC. In the event the subject is a paying member (player) the family will be reimbursed their fee at a pro-rated figure consistent with the AGLC Refund Policy.
AGLC Teams:
AGLC, in an effort to comply with governing bodies of women’s youth lacrosse (Pennsylvania Area Girls Lacrosse (PAGLA) and USLacrosse) maintains team structure accordingly. Currently teams are broken into age groups by class: 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, 5th and 6th Grade, 7th and 8th grade. Players must remain within their correct group. “Playing up” will not be facilitated within the AGLC organization. Any player that proves to the Board and their designates to play at the top level of their group will/can receive additional instructions and will be personally challenged in an effort to improve. These additional instructions will focus on team skills as well as individual skills.
Refund Policy:
100% refund prior to the beginning of the indoor practices on March 2024 (less a $15 administrative fee)
50% refund (less a $15 administrative fee) after the indoor practices have started March 2024
No refund after the outdoor practices start
